Support Our Efforts to Offer Free Meditations

Thank you for your continuing participation and support of the Inward Bound Network! We could not have gotten this far without you.

We are celebrating three years of growth and success with our team at the Inward Bound Network (IBN). We started out with a mission to offer free meditation to anyone, anywhere 365 days a year, 24/7 and we have accomplished that.

Here are some quick milestones:

  • We launched our meditation website, InwardBoundNetwork.com in October of last year.

  • We have had over 12,000 visitors to the site since launch and currently receive over 1,600 visits a month.

  • IBN has been offering free weekly live classes for over 3 years. We estimate that over that period we have offered over 1,000 live classes with an average of 10 participants per class. Recordings from those classes have reached hundreds more.

  • We have over 50 guided meditations that have received over 2,400 plays since our launch. Click to view our Guided Meditations.

We are very grateful for our dedicated meditation facilitators and support staff who happily volunteer their time to the vision and mission of IBN, but now we are asking for your support. We rely upon donations for our day-to-day operating costs and for future growth and expansion.

Please consider donating whatever you feel moved to give. Whether you choose to give as a one-time gift or as a monthly gift, you will be helping us to reach more people so that they can put their spiritual aspirations into action.

100% of all donations are used to cover our operating costs, which include:

  • Host and manage our web site

  • Host audio and video versions of our guided meditations

  • Zoom subscription for hosting live classes

Your donations in any amount will help us to continue to offer free meditations and classes.
