Theresa Tzinberg has over 15 years of experience teaching meditation and energy healing, blending the works of Lucille Cedercrans and Denise Crundall with Buddhist teachings. She co-leads international workshops and retreats on Loving Kindness and self-healing with her husband, Greg. Known for her compassionate guidance, Theresa helps others release deep blocks and discover lasting healing.
