Mindfulness is the quality of being present and fully engaged with whatever we are doing in every moment — free from distraction or judgment, and aware of our thoughts and feelings without getting caught up in them. In this session we will utilise the ancient Hawaiian healing practice of Ho’oponopono to cleanse, purify and heal past memories and habitual patterns that are creating obstacles to living a life of mindfulness – to transform our life on every level in the most beautiful and profound ways.

This session includes guided meditation, teachings and the opportunity to dialogue. We will learn how to work with Ho’oponopono in our daily lives in order to live our life more mindfully. Almost everything we do is a result of the memories stored within our subconscious mind – all of the programming, our expectations and beliefs that cause us to react and respond to life’s circumstances with fear, judgement, criticism, anger, etc. Through guided meditation we utilise the healing power of Ho’oponopono to cleanse, purify and release the subconscious mind from past memories and align us with the Divine Inspiration of the Higher Mind.
