Comments from Our Meditation Class Participants
As a Type A, the main benefit of meditation for me is pausing. Having Inward Bound meditation classes provides the ideal environment to pause, breathe and connect with others on a similar journey. The teachers are experienced, and kind and they enhance my spiritual life whenever I meditate with them and our Zoom classmates.

I have been meditating for about 35 years. Doing Ho’oponopono has deepened my meditation practice and has allowed me to catch the subtle ways I judge, which allows me to become ever more conscious and alert. This consciousness then allows me to go deeper again and the healing this generates is beneficial in my daily life, so I am forever grateful for the opportunity to continue this practice as it never grows old.

I love Jana’s weekly meditation. It slows me down in the middle of a busy life. As I’m learning to meditate, it truly gives me total peace, comfort and oneness with God. Jana teaches us to really let go of our outer world for a short time and take the time during meditation to let God come very deeply into our presence. I found my 2 angels during one meditation and that was a beautiful gift from God and Jana’s meditation that I’ll never forget. I believe meditation also teaches you about your own being and you learn your strengths and your very own power within yourself! It’s a beautiful hour that I look forward to every week without a doubt! Jana is the best!!

Laurie’s wellness meditations are something I look forward to all week. They are centering and grounding and I can’t imagine getting through the pandemic as well as I have without them. Laurie is a gifted meditation leader, who at the same time is one of us, and a great friend.

My experience is that self-development is possible through regularly practice of meditation and exercises. The benefits are strengthening and clarifying my thinking, feelings and will. This helps me in the daily life with relationships and in situations.

I would like to share the benefits of the Inward Bound Network. I have been a member for about 2yrs now. Greg and Theresa are a gift to anyone on this path of soul evolution. They have this wonderful innate ability to listen with their heart and soul and gently lead you to your own Inner Wisdom or Christ Buddha nature, whatever you call that spirit that is your authentic Self.
There is an immediate sense of trust, confidentiality, patience and non- judgement that allows sharing to flow easily. Coming into a group like this can be daunting but after your first session you know you made the right decision.
My day-to-day interactions with family, friends and strangers have changed enormously. I can surrender to difficult situations with less fear and anxiety starting my day with my meditation practice. The availability of practices and meditations you can find at the IBN website are invaluable. I highly recommend you visit the site or get on the mailing list. All things are possible. In Love and Light and Divine Law and Order. ~ Linnie, USA
There is nothing like the meditations that I have learned from Jana. The meditations are so calming and relaxing. I listen to the recordings every morning.

Actually, making the time to practice meditation as part of my daily routine to allow permanent, positive shifts in my awareness of self.
Hand over challenges, anxieties and negative thoughts to meditation to cleanse my soul.
Take back control from my ego to hand it over to my spiritual self.
It helps me tune into my sense of ’self’ without ego.
For the equanimity.
Develop a clear vision of what I truly want for myself.
To help me remember and reinforce why I am here.
To forgive and heal myself.
To assist me on my path to enlightenment. Stop the ‘chatter’ in my head.

I have joined Theresa’s Tuesday Ho’oponopono class for quite some time. Her “pearls of wisdom” at the start of the session are always inspirational and then she gently leads us into the meditation. The collective group energy is so loving and supportive.

I truly feel grateful for all you have given to help everyone during the challenges of covid. How blessed I feel to be enriched by the wisdom offered and applied in my life. It just took a simple decision to start attending. It hasn’t been a burden but a joy!
I consider it such grace that I took the risk, disregarded the doubt, made a plunge in the dark, and was open minded. I became connected to an evolving inward bound network. The generosity of spirit of the teachers is patently obvious.
What a beautiful difference it has made in my life! I am so grateful for the sense of connection, the road forward provided in my pursuit of wisdom and the wonderful giving teachers. What grace available right here, now.

I have attended several of Jana’s weekly, guided meditations. With a differing topic each week, after a few minutes of introductions and sharing, Jana gracefully launches into the guided meditation where one can discover and contemplate many things of the heart. I look forward to that Wednesday evening spiritual exercise like a washing of my soul to see my world in a new, refreshing way. Jana’s passion about finding one’;s true self and plumbing one’;s soul has been such a gift for me. Thank you, Jana, and may many blessings be yours as you tirelessly endeavor to guide us on our faith journeys.

Finding wonderful contentment within myself, having better relationships with my significant others. Slowing down, less reactivity to negative situations, greater contact with my heart and loving side. Feeling more connected with others in the world at large, sending more love to them. Letting go of the past hurts, focusing on fun and finding the passion in this life!

I was pretty new to meditation when I joined in. It’ss been about two years now, and I’ve barely missed a session.
I love the group honesty, commitment, and the feeling of total ease and acceptance.
I find the meditations can be so relaxing and educational. It makes me look within at my beliefs, experiences, my fears and all aspects of life.
I find challenges arise. I can ignore, or I can face and accept new ideas.
I usually come out feeling new and refreshed.
I look at life and experiences with more enthusiasm and better understanding.
I feel like a better person.
I thank you so much for the wisdom, care and love you spread through this group.
With absolute sincerity.
